Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We ship products for delivery from the UK from Monday to Thursday. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, though in most cases we will ship the same day for orders received before 3 pm UK time. Please note that orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Mainland UK orders are shipped via a next day delivery courier or by Royal Mail depending upon the product and size.

Overseas orders are shipped via an international courier and can take several working days to arrive depending upon the destination. Please also note that you may be required to pay additional customs charges to receive your goods.
